I assume you know you have endometriosis because it was diagnosed by one of your surgeries you had. You don't specifiy what kind of surgery it was, but endometriosis can enter your bowels and cause bleeding. It can also be something more serious.

If your endometriosis "comes back" it was not properly removed to begin with. I have had excision surgery with a specialist, and know that when removed properly, it shouldn't come back.

With all the surgeries you have had, I would make sure to see a doctor right away if you have blood in your stool.

There is also a very good yahoo group I suggest you join which is an endometriosis support group for girls your age. You can talk to others who are going through what you are, and ask questions there.

good luck.

It could be any number of things. Stomach pain that could have been from the gall bladder could have also been ulcers, and if not treated can cause enough blood loss to cause your body to shut down and cause a fatal heart attack. My husband almost died from this 2 weeks before our son was born. He lost over half of his blood volume before it was caught.

Get it checked out by a doctor. It could only be hemorroids, or could be something more serious, but guessing about something like this without an exam is pretty useless.

See your doctor. If hemmoroids are ruled out he may schedule a colonoscopy(camera in the colon) to check for cancerous and non-cancerous polyps and for tear(s) in the wall lining(diverticulosis).

If you take to much Ibprofuen, that can tear your stomach and intestine lining. I'd get to the dr asap to get this looked at.
