Im just tryin to tone up...Im not fat at all but i want to tone up my stomach a little and im getting tired of doing crunches everyday! Any suggestions?

I picked up the 10 minute workout DVD, it has six different short workouts, and I do it each morning. It is a great start to an exercise program.

Join a pilates class. It will tone and lengthen your whole body, especially those hard to work areas. Plus its kinda fun!

just crunches is not good you have to do jack nifes,get the weights bend on the sides,eat the right foods,and left with the small weights
