No polygamy is done for..since 1890.

There is a small sect that still uses polygamy called FLDS

Not now but when their religion was first started by Joseph Smith, they did believe in polygamy. Some still do it that way in states such as Utah and Arizona and even though it is illegal, it is winked at as the legal system doesn't enforce the law. Basically, polygamy is basically for men to have their cake and eat it too as it really doesn't benefit the women. Women are told they have to be under the covering of a man in order to get to heaven.

Technically, polygamy (one husband, many wives) has been outlawed by the LDS Church for over 100 years. However, if you read LDS Scriptures carefully, a man can technically marry multiple women "for time and all eternity" in the Temples. Here's how that would work: the wife gets a divorce or dies, but is still bound to the husband for time and all eternity (as LDS temple marriages are). The man can marry a second woman in the Temple for time and all eternity. And so on...

Absolutely. Provided the previous one(s) is dead or divorced.
Alternately, a woman may have several husbands under the same conditions with the exception that she cannot be 'sealed' to more than one.

Only men get multiple spouses because "God likes it that way" (anonymous lds quote).

They can if they choose to risk excommunication from the church and face fines and imprisonment for breaking laws of the land.

There are over 200 denominations of Mormons.

Only 2 of those have outlawed men having more than one wife.

The rest command that men must have more than one wife in order to get to the highest level of heaven, which is the original teaching from Joseph Smith in D & C 132.

No... the mainstream church gave that up about 100 years ago... and it was never multiple husbands, only multiple wives.
