If there was PROOF that it was him, yes, I'd believe he existed. But I'd NEVER worship the sadistic, immoral, killer God of the Bible, even if he did exist.

In reference to God, faith and belief are necessary in order to see. The divine can reflect only where the divine first exists. This is basic metaphysics. Know thyself.
The kingdom of heaven is within.
God is the first source and center.
Christians who must see first in order to believe have not yet received the indwelling of the holy spirit. There is no God for them because belief in God makes God real. They must ask for belief. blessing and indwelling and can receive because it is the nature of the human mind to believe. Once you believe in God, that God is real and all that it entails your life will never be as before. You will be gradually and inexorably brought through obligation into the light where you can see better/
You can believe your eyes but that is a poor replacement for belief without sight. Our eyes process less that 2000 bits per second yet our brain processes 4 billion bits per second.
I would bather bet on what i believe because it is my habit. If you are human it is your habit also.

Atheists who do not believe in God are telling the truth. There is no God for them to believe in.

Ask a ghost whether it believes in God. If you believe in God the ghost will leave you alone.

If God revealed himself do you think we would recognize him as God? What does spirit look like? Theres no physical body so how would we know if he did show himself? God is not something we can see with the human eye,but rather with our spiritual eyes. if a person is not receptive to God's spirit he will never be able to see him.Again, its our choice. God reveals himself continuously. Look at all the beauty and love in the world.

the component approximately all sins being the comparable is that none individuals sinners can seem on the different sinner and choose them. If I even have broken any regulation (and that i've got), i've got broken the entire regulation and that i'm not greater valuable than absolutely everyone else. whilst Jesus mentioned, "choose not, lest ye be judged", He became speaking with regards to the comparable component. Sin is sin. some styles of wrongdoing would reason greater harm or create greater of a sensation in the media, yet secret sin is sin too. we've all performed issues we are actually not pleased with, and none individuals has any room to sentence or choose absolutely everyone else.

Matters of faith are not always seen -- but sometimes they are felt and witnessed. I dare say if God were to show Himself as He really is to someone in the physical body -- these earthen vessels inhabited by our spirits might not be able to stand the strain of His shekinah glory.
