Does anyone know if cats can see color?

I really want to know if my cats can see color or black and white

They can see color, but not like we do. Its much more muted and they can't differentiate like we do.

Yes, in color. But not like we do, we have a lot of cones in our eyes, cats have mostly rods for low light vision.

I've always heard that they see in black and white.
