I put it in the freezer yesterday. It still smells. If I cook it really well, is it safe to eat? Or should I just throw it out? Its boneless skinless chicken.

Throw it out. Chicken is cheap. Don't take a chance. You could be really sick or even die. Why risk that over $5.

Throw it out!!

You should never keep uncooked chicken in the refrigerator for more than a couple days. If chicken ever obtains a foul smell throw it out.

If it started smelling in the refrigerator, the freezer is only going to stop it from spoiling further, it is not going to undo what has already happened.

If you're going to put chicken in the freezer it has to be when you buy it. If the chicken had an unpleasant smell it's most likely off and not safe to eat no matter how well you cook it.

The general rule of thumb is, When In Doubt Throw it out. It's Better to be safe than Sorry!

Throw it out. Smelling bad is it's way of telling you it is no longer fit to eat.
