Problem solving and people skills. If you are the one people go to with problems because you can an will figure it out when they can't or won't you will always be in demand. I have people asking me questions they should know how to do or figure it out. Because they come to me I figure it out, don't give them grieve over it, they are happy and don't bother the boss with petty questions. Sometimes they know and just can't decide, I could flip a coin and decide but they don't want the responsablity of deciding without asking someone. I can look at a problem and see the downside to the answer and take responsablity or explain why the other choice is better. It is important to make coworkers comfortable asking questions if you are their boss or not you can't try to make them feel stupid or they will just not ask. Even my boss comes to me with his questions and spreadsheet problems I fix them and take care of them with no fuss.
