That depends on how old I was.
If I was too old to properly or safely engage in normal sex, sure, I'd take the money and will it to my progeny.
If I was a seventeen years old guy, no way. You can always earn more money.
If this question includes masturbation as sex, hmmm, doubtful. Here again, depends on age and other factors.
The fact is that for most men, if they gave up masturbation, they would need way more than ten million dollars worth of therapy.
So;
Old fart, yes.
Young buck, no.
If abstention includes waxing the pole, huh uh. No deal!

Considering that I'm a virgin and have never had sex, I apparently "don't know what I'm missing," so I would give up that life experience for 10 million dollars, put it in a CD account and let it pick up interest over the years.
