I read in some other question, someone saying something like, a newborn baby that dies, goes to heaven, tho even he's born with the original sin running through his veins, cause he doesn't have the ability to grasp the idea of what the original sin is, and some other stuff.. which is the craziest thing that i have ever heard. do we ever really get to grasp the idea of the original sin? do Christian even get to grasp that concept? Those in some parts of the world that ARE able to grasp the concept but don't even have the chance, cause Christianity never got to them, go to Hell? If the answer is "no" cause you gotta have the chance at least... isn't that a little bit of favoritism from God's side.. giving some the easy way to heaven, like dead newborn babies or people that don't get to hear a thing about God's word, for example.. and some others will have it really tough having to fight hard not to sin for a whole life, and some times they don't make it, and are sent to Hell after all.

God knows everyone's hearts and what/how they believe. Children or those mentally impaired who cannot understand sin & Jesus dying for them don't have the maturity and/or mental ability to take responsibility to believe in Jesus and confess their sins. Why would that be favoritsm.

You wouldn't go to Hell because you didn't know Jesus, like some aborigines in New Guinea. Instead, Hell will be for people how denied God's creation altogether. Even the aborigines would know WHO made this reality, which is right in front of them. If you got the guts, read Romans I.
Those who believe in God and obey His word ARE favored. You must get over this little bit of hard-core theology, and get ready for the terrifying truth, that good people do go to HELL, at the end of your life, OR repent! Simple as that!

Everyone is born with an area within them that longs for the presence of God. This part can understand the things of God, that the human mind cannot comprehend. This is the area that God communicates with. If someone is born mentally challenged and does not seem to understand or say they accept God, their spirit still can accept God and go to heaven. The job of the Holy Spirit is to speak to people and bring them to the understanding of who God is and to show them Jesus and why He died. The Holy Spirit is everywhere, so even though some countries do not have missionaries, God through the Holy Spirit speaks to these people. What the Bible says is that those that accept Jesus dying for their sins, and repent will go to heaven. It is a choice that we will all have to make in our lifetime. If you are interested in knowing this just ask God to show you and He will make it clear.

I don't know what happens to the kinds of people that you're talking about, but I do know this. God judges each person individually, since the first rule of justice is that one must take everything on a case-by-case basis. Everyone has different circumstances and therefore different culpability. No-one will receive an unjust punishment or reward.

I read something similar in one of my questions were someone claimed that if you were brain dead and could not accept Christ you could not be baptized. if God made us mentally challenged so that we can not grasp his concepts or his word do you really think he would punish us for not getting baptized as he commanded?
