It was idk a celebration after we won , there was ballons all over it was filmed in black and white and everyone was cheering, i think it was held because we had won the war but all i know is that it was in New York city when WWII had ended and it was beautiful can anybody help :'( thanks !

This would be recorded in Newsreels. The kind that long ago played in theaters between the cartoon feature and the movie.

Video recording didn't exist, and television was in its infancy, so no "video" recordings exist.

Best bet is to research the archives of the different movie houses, like RKO, or Paramount, and see if they catalogued and preserved the newsreel features from that era.
