Should i start my own business or work part time, i have a full time job but i want to make extra cash. and please no advertisments ...serious question

What can you do? Remodeling other people's homes is always in great demand. I would hire someone today if I could find someone I could trust to take out a wall with a window rebuild a new tub surround and window and put in all new bathroom fixtures. I got one bid once but most won't even come do bids.
Side sewer contractors are hard to find too, when our sewers went in we were given a list of approved contractors but only one did a bid, I hired him but everyone my neighbors hired ruined their yards I was lucky to find a good one.

Depends on how much extra cash you want to make and what kind of free time you have.
Starting your own business will take a lot of time and, depending on the business , a lot of your own money.
Getting a part time job you would have no out of pocket start up expenses and just take some of your time.
