Snog on toast?
Eggs are the basis for any quick meal -
Any flour and milk?
Any 'human' canned foodstuffs?
Any fruit in the basket?
Flesh fingers?
Eat a book - readers digest.
If a bagel is the only thing then you are gonna have to go out n get somthing from the grocery.
If you got sauce in a bottle you could put that on a bagel...but its not gonna still the hunger.

they got ramen noodles that cost less than a bagle like 60 cents a pack, if you got bread, and cheese u can make an grilled cheese, and if you got some ramen noodles dont add the flavor and get some ranch dressing, or italian , and cheese , and some olives u can have a pasta salad, or u can take some boy on cubes, and any kind of noodle and make soup, there are many more.

There's always bread, cheese, ramen, and tortillas (I can make my own tortillas if I'm out) in the house. So my usual snack is either a grilled cheese, quesadilla, or the ramen.

it really depends on what you keep as staples in your house but almost always there's condiments and rice or pasta and canned veggies and if you're lucky some ground meat or preformed hamburger patties which can be thawed out and used as ground meat, MY favorite "throw-up" recipe is ground turkey sauteed with onions and whatever sauce I can find and rice or noodles. Add in canned beans or frozen veggies if ya got'em
