is "thou shall not kill".Byzantines, conquistadors from Spain tortured and killed the Incans, Pilgrims from England killed (poisoned, tortured, hung) the Native Americans, Hitler and Mousalini, communist U.S.S.R, Desert Storm, George W. Bush and his puppets. No other religion has done as much killing...And when It comes down to it, it was done over religion.

It amazes me that you can make the statement that Christians have killed the most people etc. Yes, many have been killed in the name of Christianity, but not because they were told by Christianity to do so. The men who led the crusades etc. were simply following their own agenda...not the command of Jesus. I won't comment on the others as they too follow their own lead...not that of Christ. Perhaps it would help if you looked at all the killing, starving to death, civil wars, genocides and ethnic cleansings that have gone on since history first began and see what was at the forefront of those actions. Today's Iraq is a battleground, not only against America and its allies but against each other because of a differing belief system although still Muslims. How about Kosavo (spelling), Cuba, the Faulklands and dozen upon dozen other conflicts across the globe where millions have lost their lives. Are they all because of Christianity? I think not. Man has always used religion as an excuse to hate someone else.....but religion and God are two very different things. God did not create religion...not even Christianity as we know it today. God did not create churches, or church doctrines or traditions. They are created by and taught by man himself. This country was settled by the pilgrims because of religious differences....and fear of persecution. England and Ireland have been at odds with one another for a very long time because of religion...not because of God or Jesus. Just because a national leader believes in Jesus does not mean that everything he does is based on that belief so don't attribute everything that happens to Christianity. It is just not so.

Think for a second.
If priests rape young children
and true christians killed in the past...
there's something wrong in here.
Christianity has been corrupted for a long time.
If they actually believed in hell and stuff they wouldn't do such things in first place. They would be sure that the person would have eternal suffering, so what would be the point of punishing them on Earth? It's all about controlling the society with religion, whether it's true or not. They don't care about it.
They just cared about having control over as much people as possible.

well christians are not the number 1 killer however whenever there is people in the world with different ideas on how life should be lived it creates conflict killing is a necessary part of life you enjoy your freedom because others died killing for it otherwise you would probably be killed for writing over the internet instead you can say whatever you want this is not the case everywhere in the world there are still parts of the world where you could be killed for speaking your mind i think you listen to too much bs without doing any fact finding for yourself

Not everyone who claims to be Christian is a REAL Christian.
Matt. 7:21-23: “Not everyone saying to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter into the kingdom of the heavens, but the one doing the will of my Father who is in the heavens will. Many will say to me in that day, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name . . . ?’ And yet then I will confess to them: I never knew you! Get away from me, you workers of lawlessness.”
We must have knowledge of the Bible in order to see which Christians are real.
1Â John 4:1-3: “Test the inspired expressions to see whether they originate with God, because many false prophets have gone forth into the world. You gain the knowledge of the inspired expression from God by this: Every inspired expression that confesses Jesus Christ as having come in the flesh originates with God, but every inspired expression that does not confess Jesus does not originate with God.”
How do we identify the true Christians? Jesus requires his followers to have genuine love for one another and for the rest of mankind
John 13:34, 35.- “I am giving you a new commandment, that you love one another; just as I have loved you, that you also love one another. By this all will know that you are my disciples, if you have love among yourselves.”
