No.. they make human hair out of wigs like you get a hair cut then they take all the long hairs and make it in a wig

yes thay do mak wigs from horses tails, thay do in france, i think thay did in the uk at one time,many yearsago

No, not any more. Wigs are made from human hair, or synthetic fibers, as are doll's hair.
