where is the fuel pump on a ford probe 24v, L reg?

the fuel pump is in the gas tank. But before i would go removing that gas tank, i would first test the fuel pressure (there is a shrader valve on the fuel rail to test), replace the fuel filter (it is bolted to the drivers side fender well about mid way up the engine bay, you can see it and get to it by removing the intake). Another thing is to check the fuel pump fuse and relay to make sure its even getting power. GOOD LUCK
