You can find them at most major retailers.. .Target, Walmart, and even online... The thing you may not know about a JanSport backpack is that they have a lifetime warranty and will repair/replace and item if it doesn't work properly.. You just have to pay for shipping JanSport.com has all the details. I have a JanSport backpack from 1989 and I love it. I've had it repaired and recently replaced. Good luck
