There is this girl and I can't get her out of my head. She is so pretty and funny and perfect. I'm straight though (as in I like all guys except her). Plus this girl and my best friend like each other. I know the girl is bi because my best friend is a girl. I don't want you to tell me that I'm bi i need help in making this girl my girlfriend.

Well, if you want to make this girl your girlfriend, and you are also a girl, then you are either bi or lesbian. Or a bisexual-leaning heterosexual.
Maybe you could try becoming her friend first.
