Ok... using the bible, please explain how neutrinos morph, their role in the universe and how they fit into molecular/submolecular structure...

No one. There are too many questions that can be asked that have no basis in the Bible. But any question pertaining to man's purpose, acceptable moral standards, & how a person should live their life can be answered. Also quite a few questions regarding hygiene & diet can be answered although the Bible doesn't go into the whys too much, just gives guidelines for 'cleanliness' at a time in history when a 'why' explanation would not have been understood by those reading it.

No one! The bible is a guide for Christians. It has some things that are vague and others that are on the money. I would say use common sense, but not everyone has that, I know, I have ran in to some really stupid people.

anyone with cut and paste. i'm sure you'll get a scripture on this question presumably telling you how cutting and pasting is backed up as "holy" by the bible. :)

Nobody can because there's always someone there to argue every point made. The bible is so full of condradictions that the answers are multiple choice.
