I don't believe in ghosts... that being stated... there are some interesting geological and atmospheric conditions that are being investigated, where events are "recorded" and "played back" (much like a record) only under certain naturally occuring conditions.
Could be interesting...

Gee, Joker, I'm not sure. Over the years I experienced some kind of 'thing' I couldn't explain, but I know enough about the human brain to realize my experiences really mean zip. Oh, what the hell--no, I do not 'believe in ghosts.'

If an 'atheist' says he believes in ghosts he is not really an atheist by definition. Your question is unlikely to result in anything.

I am an Athiest and I do not believe in ghosts. It is simple, when you die, you cease to exist...I do not believe in a soul but if the soul refers to your personess and energy that you had when you were living, well then that energry and personess dies when the body expires
