i agree, except about the flaming poop thing. thats nasty. and then the guy is stooping to the girls level, he should have some class and be the bigger person.

If anyone guy or gal make a date with someone then they need to honor what they agreed to but if something unexpected comes up and you wont be able to make the date be a adult about it and call the other person and sincerely cancel the date in time that the other person could make other plans, If you just don't want to go out with the person ever first you shouldn't have excepted, but if you did call them don't leave them hanging that's just not right, tell them your sorry but you wont be able to go out and you just don't feel this will work out. be kind not cruel.

Yeap! it is very inconsiderate thing to do. Men & women do not appreciate people that are flaky and inconsiderate. How would you feel if a guy did this to you? At least, call and make up an excuse to set things straight, then apologize. What goes around comes around, remember that.

I have never stood up a guy on a date. I would always call and cancel. I think guys tend to stand up the girl more than the guy.

As a general rule, women should treat a man as they would be treated by him themselves. So in this particular case, since they wouldn't want to be stood up or led astray, then they shouldn't do the same.
