I'm an Indian traveling to London on a tourist visa, and want to find out if I can travel to Scotland & N Ireland on the same visa, or do I need to arrange for a separate visa?

yes a british tourist visa covers all the islands of theUK including channel islands, isle of wight , isle of man, scotland wales and northern ireland, but not the irish republic

You can travel to Scotland and Wales also on a UK Visa ,but I can't remember If the Visa covers "Northern Ireland " also

Ho Hum indeed! I've heard this question so many times now, but once again....

Scotland, England, Wales & Northern Ireland are all part of the UK. One tourist visa from anywhere will cover all 4 countries.

Northern Ireland/Scotland is still U.K, so yes you can travel there too!
