should be under warranty and therefore you get to go the the dealer and get into the conversation with a service writer and he will probably call the "dasboard tech" to talk to you .... most of these new dash boards are snap together plastic parts that will come apart but you have to know how they were put into place so as not to break any parts for R&Replace ... go to the dealer..
