I think you heard the word by what you knew. It's not Sacramento wine, as from Sacramento, California, but it's "sacramental" wine, meaning wine that has been set apart especially for the purpose of communion and blessed for that purpose. It can be any red wine as far as I know, from anywhere.

Basically only high churches, churches like the Roman Catholic church call it sacramental wine,

but all churches who practice communion (or the Lord's Table) hold the wine (or grape juice) as part of a sacred ordinance.

We actually use grape juice. But I'm glad to see you're so inquisitive about Jesus. God bless.

"Communion" or "The Lord's Supper" is how we refer to what Jesus established.

1 Corinthians 11:23-25 -- 23For I received from the Lord what I also passed on to you: The Lord Jesus, on the night he was betrayed, took bread, 24and when he had given thanks, he broke it and said, "This is my body, which is for you; do this in remembrance of me." 25In the same way, after supper he took the cup, saying, "This cup is the new covenant in my blood; do this, whenever you drink it, in remembrance of me." 26For whenever you eat this bread and drink this cup, you proclaim the Lord's death until he comes.

Last time I checked it didn't. I take communion with grape juice and I have yet to feel like I was in the wrong. It is just simbolizing christ, it is not like it really is christ.
