You said: “My daughter lives off campus to save $$”
I assume she’s living off campus in her own place (since Grandma thinks Boyfriend is living with her). Unless things have changed a lot since I was in school, it’s cheaper to live on campus.

You said: “she can't go to college and work fulltime”
Why not? It frustrates me when people say this, like it’s an impossible thing to do. It’s not. I attended college full-time and worked full-time for four years. It was very hard, but I did it. A lot of people do it.

You said: “her grandma cut her off”
Her grandmother never had to give her a dime to begin with. It was wonderful that Grandma was generous enough to help Daughter (and it was very generous of Grandma), but she can stop anytime she chooses.

If she hasn’t already, Daughter needs to apply for financial aid. But that’s still not going to pay all her bills, so it’s time to go job hunting. Bottom line, she needs to realize that she’s a legal adult and is responsible for herself. Then, when others try to ‘live her life’. She can politely tell them that they have no right to do that.

Here are some solutions:
1. Move back home with you and save on rent.
2. Get a part time job. Many students have to.
3. Get a full time job.
4. Go to college in a few years after saving for it.
5. Make up with grandma

At that age, I was on my own and full responsibility for my own life. She is luckier than me.

NOT EVERYONE HAS A GRANDMA TO PAY FOR THEIR COLLEGE. MY COWORKER HERE FROM AFRICA GRADUATED FROM RUTGERS THIS PAST MAY WITH A BIOLOGY DEGREE SHE RENTED AN APARTMENT W/A ROOMMATE. SHE PAID FOR EVERYTHING HERSELF. GRADUATED WITH HONORS WHILE WORKING 2 JOBS. MORE HOURS THAN FT. IF GRANDMAS STIPULATION IS NO LIVE-IN BOYFRIENDS THAN THATS GOT TO BE THE AGREEMENT. OTHERWISE FIND ANOTHER WAY TO PAY FOR IT.

Sorry you're going through this. Get her to fill out a fafsa and apply for financial aid.
