Gracias por el agua, like most others said.
With "gracias" you use "por" not "para."
It's "el agua" (even though "agua" is a feminine noun so it would normally use "la") because you have to change "la" to "el" when it's before a stressed "a" sound. ("La agua" would run together and sound like "Lagua," so it's changes to "el agua".)

what the others answered is right, but if you want to learn a phrase in any language, try indo european languages on altavista. It will teach you how to say anything in a lot of languages. I use it all the time and it is the best helpful site I have found
