Sometimes i will be walkin, then all of a sudden the room will start to turn black and everything tingles. I usually have to stop and sit down where it happens for like 10 seconds after. What is it?

Did you get up quickly before you started moving? This can cause brief fainting-like spells because of your blood pressure dropping when you stand up.
The other thing may be hypoglycemia (low blood sugar). This may be the result of skipping breakfast or some other meal.
Then again, you could be borderline diabetic. Often this can be overcome with a change to a more balanced diet, and eating at regular intervals.

Long distance diagnosis is chancey at best. Please see your doctor if these are more than just occasional events, and eating right does not seem to help. This does not sound like anything to be overly concerned about, but it's better to be safe, and stay healthy.

This is a sharp drop in blood preasure with results in lack of oxyen to the brain. This can casuse you to "faint" or "pass out" You need to see a doctor about this. The resaon sitting feels better is beacuse the oxygen travels through your blood veins to the brasin ans when you are sitting or lying down the blood has a easier time travaling to the brain. Go see a doctor.

hard to say with the information you have given, but if I had to guess, would say a postural drop in blood pressure. I would see your doctor, you dont want that happening when you are driving or working.
