I don't believe that Good and Evil are from God, just only Good. Evil comes from Satan.
But I believe that Evil is not necessarily a bad "thing".
Okay, Okay, I know what you're thinking but follow me on this one.
God gives us situations to see if we have what it takes to prove our love for Him and be a dedicated believer.
The Bible calls Satan the "tempter" who tries to find ways to get people to renounce the fact that there is a God... by any means necessary.
So why, God, being so Almighty, doesn't destroy Satan once and for all. Well, it's because He'd be breaking His own law ..." Thou shalt not kill".
So what does He do with Satan, He gives Satan the chance to test Humanity and their dedication to God.
So Satan give these situations that test you and it's by the choice you make that will determine if you will live forever with the King or be condemned for all eternity.
Now that may sound like God is an Evil God but let me put it this way...
If you were the king of a million people. Some of them love you and some of them despise you, even to death. And let's just say that the world was going to end in a week but you had an island that you own that could keep you and all who were dedicated to you safe.
Would you also save those who wanted to kill you? And if yes, wouldn't that defeat the purpose of trying to save your life?
In the end, tests are there to make you stronger, faster, smarter, better. So everytime something bad happens to you Praise God. You're a better person than before.

evil is the absence of good by varying degree so God by being pure good consequentially shows up evil for what it is so in a sense He created evil - He says so -
Isaiah 45:7
I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things
"If the whole universe has no meaning, we should never have found out that it has no meaning: just as, if there were no light in the universe and therefore no creatures with eyes, we should never know it was dark. Dark would be without meaning." C S LEWIS

Well, I know Man made God. So, Man can do good and evil and blame God for both. Or not. Blames can be shared with other forces if he likes. A great number of demons, ghosts and so on. That's they were created: to take the blame for the evil.

The origins of good and evil are timeless and the question is as old as mankind. Whilst we have the freedom to act independently, the choice is ours, or you can call it free will. The answer to you question lies in the matter of attributing your actions to an external entity. If you do good, is it God who made you do it? If you do evil, is it God or the Devil who aided you?I think you are probably old enough to reckon that whatever you do is up to you and you can't blame anyone else....not even God. So be a GOOD BOY.

Not within him but derived from him because of jealousy. I think it is forbidden for evil to dwell within him but a balance in the universe takes place or we would not be here. In the end it is only righteous for God to be fair and correct the balance. That is just my opinion but only God knows.

There is no such thing as god.
Good and evil are concepts that our poor feeble little ape brains have created as concepts to help explain away the things in life we do and don't like.
Good and evil are also cultural. One person's evil is another person's good.
Take for example the suicide murders of the middle east.
They strap on bombs and kill innocent people. However, in their point of view they are martyr's doing god's work and killing evil non believers.

God is neither good nor evil, He just Is. Evil comes from human thinking, and from free will.

no evil was created by the pride of satan when he decided to rise up against God and he was thrown out because of his wicked acts. God is light and were there is light there can not be darkness which is satan

No, because those who practice evil partake of a lesser existence than those who practice good. If God is the source of all being, if God *IS*, without qualification, then it would be impossible for Him to have evil within Himself, because then He would partake of a lesser existence.
