For the "Trojan/Backdoor.IRCBot.NWK"
# Update the virus definitions, run a full system scan, and delete all files that delete all files that are detected as W32.IRCBot.
# Delete the \Winapii folder from the %windir% folder.
# Delete the value
winapii %windir%\winapii\winapii.exe
from the registry key
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
For the "Trojan/W32.Dista.URQ" either you found something completely new and no one knows about it or you mispelled it because according to all the major anti-virus companys it doesn't exist

First bookmark this page and keep it handy
http://www.spywarewarrior.com/rogue_anti-spyware.htm
Programs listed there, stay away from. k?
Now, let's try this.
Go to www.pandasoftware.com and run a FREE on line scan.
When it's done, save your report.
Now, go to www.filehippo.com and download these programs
CCleaner, Spybot, Adaware and AVG AntiSpyware.
Install them, update and run Spybot, Adaware and CCleaner.
ONE at a time. Only install and update AVG AntiSpyware, for now.
Now, after all that, do a disk defrag. Start>Programs>Accessories>System Tools>Disk Defrag.
Restart your computer in safe mode (tab F8 while it's booting) and run AVG AntiSpyware. Copy the report, once it's finished.
If you are still having trouble after doing all this, stop by www.geekstogo.com, read their malware section and post your reports.
Hope that works.

Maybe the spy-ware you downloaded has the viruses..... What happens sometimes is that they viruses sometimes come in forms of spy-ware... What you can do is go to "my computer" and remove the software. Also go to "search" and go back to whatever time you started seeing this trojans appear delete all softwares or downloads you did from that time until now. I hope that can help!
