Only in the comfort of my own home and only my hubby sees it, and he does it too when the food is awesome. Dining out, I mop up the plate with the bread.

I don't know how old you are but do you want to do that in front of your boyfriend, your spouse? The neighbors (when you have them over for dinner). Do you want your future kids picking up that habit??
If you're licking your plate, that means you're still hungry. It's nice to have a healthy appreciation for food but I'd say fill the plate up a little more next time, so you won't have the urge to lick!

Yeah , if there's some salad dressing left on it, like lemon juice or something. My dad gets mad, so I do it in the kitchen when I'm putting my plate away......

No, that is very bad manners. It is rude because then it almost looks like you are a dog. That is not a pleasant thing to do at the table.
