Do you think how you "carry yourself" on Y!A R&S is bound to win you some converts or at the least, change someone's mind about your faith? Or, do you act like the very infidels you love to damn to hell and belittle?

Too often, folks just attempt to buff up their own "piety"; the fact is, no individual can convert another or lead someone to faith, destiny is destiny, sit back and enjoy the ride:
"And upon her forehead was a name written, MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH.
And I saw the woman drunken with the blood of the saints, and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus: and when I saw her, I wondered with great admiration.

I am the epitome of my faith, especially since I have none!
I am humbly attempting to follow in the footsteps of the greats like Richard Dawkins and Christopher Hitchens.
I have fulfilled one of my self imposed purposes in life if I can bring one person to question their silly religion.

That's the nice thing about not being religious. I can be as big an as$ as I want!
But seriously, anybody who thinks about these issues enough to actually be in a religion and spirituality forum is not going to be converted anyway.
So if your goal in coming here is to convert people, you're probably not going to get very far.

I hope I do. I try to. But I'm not doing it to "convert" anyone. I just hope that my behavior here (and everywhere else) lets those who don't believe know that not all Christians are terrible people.

I can't speak for Islam but as far as Christianity goes. I am a wretched corpse of a man who has been reborn through Christ Jesus. I do not know how I could represent my religion other then to show myself as an example of what coming to faith in Jesus finished work on the cross has done in my life.
