If u are a Christian and you are a Seventh-Day Adventist, then the Sabbath would be on Saturday, and yes, it is wrong to work on the Sabbath... But there are jobs exempt from this. The jobs that serve and protect like: Doctors, police, firemen, nurses, and so on.
There are more denominations of Christianity that worship on Saturdays, but some keep their Sabbath on Sundays. Those that have their Sabbath as Sunday don't follow the same rationale as those on Saturday, however, it remains that, whether Saturday or Sunday, it is wrong to work on the Sabbath.
Hope this helps. <^_^>

Exodus 35:2 – " For six days, work is to be done, but the seventh day shall be your holy day, a Sabbath of rest to the LORD. Whoever does any work on it must be put to death."
I don't see how this is vague. Do you still want to take the Bible literally?

Wrong? Ask Big Box Stores like Wally-Mart. Day of the week? Depends on the church, synagogue, mosque or temple.
edit:===========
(Your additional details)
According to Eusebius of Caesarea, 3rd Century Christian historian, the thinking was: Last Supper happened on a Thursday, Execution on a Friday, the number 40 being a magic number throughout the New Testament, that 40 hours later Jesus arose and thus the day is Sunday to honor Jesus. Makes sense, the pagen Apollo was worshiped on a Sunday. When the cat's away, the mice can play.

The word "sabbath" means rest; there are some jobs that require one to work on the sabbath, such as doctors, caretakers, nurses, etc. but if at all possible, it should be a day of rest.
The New Testament (covenant) sabbath is Sunday:
jOye; de; sabbavtwn, th'/ ejpifwskouvsh/ eij mivan sabbavtwn, h\lqen Maria;m hJ Magdalhnh; kai; hJ a~llh Mariva qewrh'sai to;n tavfon. - Matthew 28:1.

For you, no, as those laws were only for the Jews, and still are. Gentiles have to follow only 7 laws, and to keep the Sabbath is not one of them.
The Sabbath is on Yom Shabbat, which begins 18 minutes before sunset Friday and goes to an hour after sunset (until 3 stars appear in the sky) on Saturday.

The Sabbath is the 7th day of he week, Saturday. If you don't believe me, check any NORMAL calendar.
Yes, it is wrong to work on the Sabbath. The scriptures make it crystal clear.
Much more can be said about this topic.

Yes, you're still supposed to relax on the Sabbath. As for when it is, I refer you to nolajazzyguide's answer.

Why would you care if it was wrong to work on the Sabbath (should be capitalized, btw), if you don't even know when it is?
Sabbath-Sunday
I don't think it's wrong because times have changed.
