It could mean you need to poop, it could mean your stools are too solid and you are not drinking enough liquids, it als ocould mean you have a major problem. Whatever you need to go see a Doctor about it. If it is lack of water, it is a cheap fix. If it is something wrong, it could save your life!

There are so many options, it's not even funny. It could be your kidney, either due to not drinking enough water or drinking too much, (do you need to go to the abthroom often?) Maybe your appendix is filled with bodily wastes and is about to rupture. An ulcer could be burning away at the lining of your stomach. Question: do you eat spicy foods a lot or just eat late at night? This could becausing your more severe pains in the nighttime. However, it's always best to consult you local physician first before you accept any of these comments.

That means SEE YOUR DOCTOR. None of us on yahoo are qualified to answer a question like this, and it's fairly urgent. So give up the uneasiness of seeing a dr. and see him ASAP.

Sounds serious. Could be an ulcer or pancreatitis or something with the gall bladder. You should see a doctor.

Take care!
