I have some questions for you.

Why do you always say "But the bible tells me so" rather than, "Yeah, i SAW that for myself"?

Why do you tend to blame Satan & others when things go wrong but you NEVER blame God?

Why do you give all of your hard earned money to your priest or your church guys so they can buy expensive cars & houses? Why give money? What is suppose to be the purpose if not to pay for the priests time? Dont you realise that he is sitting back laughing at you while he counts all the money you have given him? "satan" would laugh if he did that to people, wouldnt he? Think about that.

Jesus Christ, it all makes sense now, those fu*cking bastards.

lol Seriously I think it makes them happy in some sick twisted way to know a man died an aweful death so they can go to "heaven", no matter what, they chose to believe, if it makes them a better person(as sad as that is) more power to them. I guess, they see a glass half full when the glass should really only be half the size it is.

First, how do you know the wind is blowing? You can't see it. You must feel it. So we feel it as well as read it.
Second, Satan is the author of evil and confusion. This is why he is normally blamed. But the fact is that we have a freedom of choice. God lets us make bad choices even when he knows there going to affect us adversely. Sometimes we have to let our kids make bad decisions to learn a lesson.
Third, in any good church, the money given is monitored by a group of people to make sure it is spent correctly. The pastor or priest doesn't get all that money. If it is being spent wrong, then there are a group of people responsible. Besides, you can't knock the church for this practice. Your Government does the same thing. But it is proven that they miss use your money more so than any church does. They force you to pay, a church doesn't. Why not complain about that?
Maybe you should look at your government, rather than criticizing God and the church.

Hmm, well let's start at the end. My pastor actually lives in a rather humble middle class house. The money I give goes to his support, because a worker is worth his wage and to help the work of the church. Is he laughing, I doubt it, are some bad pastors laughing sure. But let me ask you, do you drive a car? And fill it with gas? Aren't the big share holders of the oil companies laughing at you? Better chance of that then of a pastor laughing

Worker back: I rarely blame Satan and try hard never to blame others. I tend to think that the things that go wrong are my own darn fault. As to big natural occurrences those are on God and I expect that some day He will fill me in on why. For now His ways are not my ways and I have faith

Many of the things that I say are based on my own life experiences. I can tell you in detail if you want the day I "meet" Christ, but as to "seeing" Him, or quoting Him I do need to go back to what the Bible says because I was not there, and they people who were are the ones who wrote the Bible

Now something for you to think about: It is easy not to believe in God. That is the simple thing. Having Faith is hard. Believing and living the life of the believer is hard. Why are you so afraid of hard work?

Aussie, how do you know that God lovers give all of their money to church? How do you know that the priest or pastor uses all the moeny for himself?>

1. The church is a building that requires heating, cooling, and maintenance.

2. Many of us give to charities and to those who need help.

3. Very few of us blame Satan when things go wrong.
4. We often are the ones to blame when things go wrong, and those of us who are mature know it.
5. You do not know that Priests, etc. are laughing at us.

Using your own words, did you SEE them laughing? Did you SEE all the pastors and priests buying expensive cars?

Do you have a chart or a link to a site that shows the kinds of cars that ministers drive? Do you have a link that gives us the average cost of minister's homes?

Please post this info. Thanks.

YOU think about all that, ok?

Good point .
Obviously you don't know all religions.
The bible states you receive for free you should give for free
Remember that a religion must pay for the place people worship in so they must ask for support.
Some religions have a donation box at the back and don't pressure for donations.
As for your comment the bible told me so proves how little you know. Only blind sheep or people looking for a crouch to lean on would say that. The bible requires deep study and and objective perspective to understand it ..not just listening to a preacher.
Yes we do blame Satan if you read the bible all was going fine until he interfered..but not all is Satan's fault we carry blame too that why we can seek forgiveness
The only one Satan is sitting back laughing at is you as he has pulled the wool over your eyes

I say that my Bible says.... This is because in my life the Bible is the ultimate authority.

I give thanks to God for all things, good and bad. Whether it is Satan that did it too me or not, God gives all the power He has.

I give my money because once again the Bible sets down the principles of tithes and offerings. We are to be good stewards of all things, including finances. And my dad is a Pastor. They don't sit back laughing counting their money. The salary isn't that great. But what I can remember alot of the money going towards was a relief effort when our town was hit by a tornado. Missions trips. Providing what the needs of people in the church were. Paying for the expenses of running the ministry, then salary. Have you ever thought about how much money goes into running a Church. Think about that.

In Jesus Name

I have seen and heard of many different beliefs in my life. There is nothing that can compare with God and being saved through Jesus. He has done more for us than we can even imagine. No one has ever proven that God doesn't exist, so until someone does (which won't happen), I'm very happy loving and serving Him. (Yes I know we can't prove He does exist either; that's why we have Faith.)

I don't blame God because He doesn't cause bad things to happen. They happen because everyone has free will. I blame myself for allowing Satan to tempt me. Overcoming trials in my life makes me a stronger person and a better Christian.

Our preacher doens't have a flashy house or car. To come to your exaggerated conclusion, did you actually go to every church to research what the ministers drive, or where they live? Some may drive extravagent vehicles or live in big houses. You don't know what they are all doing to earn those things. Who are you to judge?

Luke 6:41 -- Why do you look at the speck that is in your brother's eye, but do not notice the log that is in your own eye?

We give money to our church for lots of reasons. Our church supports many missions, domestic and internationally:

• We had a family who were broke and lost their home asking for our help. We supported them with housing, clothes, meals, etc. until they got back on their feet. (Not sure how many months that was.)
• The local city requested using our building to provide GED courses to local community residents, so they can completed high school.
• We have blood drives
• Provide food, supplies, and money for an orphange that we support
• Send money to a nursing home and college.
• Sent money and supplies to Hurricane Katrina victims.
• Annually donate poinsettias at Christmastime to shut-ins.
• Annually collect blankets in the winter for the homeless.

Sorry, those are only the ones I can think of at the moment. I can't keep recall everything we do in our Benevolence program.

So my questions for you are:

Why don't you love God?
Who do you blame when things go wrong?
Where do you donate your hard-earned money?

(I'm not looking for your answers; it's not my business. These are more for you to think about by yourself.) God bless.

I have not been to Church or given money to it in over 10 years and God has blessed me and my family tremendously. I do not blame Satan or others when things go wrong, nor do I blame God. God gave us all free will and the opprotunity to live on this Earth, that does not mean that everything is going to work out the way we want it to...its life and most Christians realise that and accept it, and it does not change our faith in any way...as for your first point, were you there in the 1400s or 1500s, ect? No, but you read about it in history books and you accept it, its the same for Christians, we believe in the Bible and we have faith in God and Jesus.

Because the Bible, the Word of God, is more important than what I saw for myself. Some of the most important things are unseen. That priest or pastor who does what you say with money is the devil himself. Satan is in the churches, make no doubt about it. Scripture clearly mentioned this so we can be aware of Satan's schemes.

Oh, yes! I love the Lord with all my heart.

a) If the Bible proves itself trustworthy for things that can be proved, it should be given the benefit of the doubt in things that can't.

b) Because we believe in a good God, unlike say Muslims who believe Allah is the author of good and evil. Even if God does allow us to endure hard times, he's quite entitled to. We are his creation.

c) Everything we have is only a gift from God in the first place so it's only right to give some back to him by way of thanks. In my church, the offering today for example was for selected charities and not for the church general fund at all. But even when it is, someone who works deserves to be paid.
