Probably too much pure fat/lard/dripping.
I remember buying pie and chips from a chippie in Edinburgh. The chips/fish etc. were cooked in pure dripping.
I was asked if I wanted my pie heated up and when I said yes it was then dropped into the dripping.
They also threw Mars Bars in for some of the customers.
Very unhealthy!

I'd say something like chips fried in beef dripping would count as a 'health expert' no-no, tastes wonderful but furs up you arteries something chronic. I think the stuff that comes out of the burger vans you find at events like football matches and the like are seriously unhealthy, even the smell is putrid! Modern day Fish & Chip shops (up here in Scotland anyway) are pretty yuck, they cook everything in what smells and tastes like diesel, and the chips invariably come as a solid, stuck together mass of potato that did start out as chips when they went in, a chip shop pizza is a bad one, one I had once (and once was enough!) was a big lump of diesel saturated dough with a thin smear of some sort of red stuff that loosely resembled some sort of tomatoey goo, revolting! There's plenty out there that's really bad for you, and it doesn't all look or taste nice!

Lard. 100% fat, 100% artery clogging, lots of cholesterol.

Mars bars pale in comparison to fatty meats that we eat, fried foods. Think fat. That's what's so bad for you. Sugar is no where near as damaging, and chocolate is actually good for you. Think fat.

Our TV news did a list of 10 things you should NEVER eat. I don't remember them all, but Haagen Daas was one, Anything alfredo, was another and cake donuts were up there too.

Apparently glazed donuts don't soak up the oil like cake donuts (they act like a sponge) do.

Haha, good question.
Star!
I think a deep fat fried mars bar is the most unhealthy thing.
I personally wouldn't eat a normal mars bar.
Be careful, don't give yourself a heart attack!

Any commercial burger:
1.- It contains cholesterol in high quantities (bad cholesterol)
2.- It brings with it, all kinds of proteins that are NOT indispensable for keeping you healthy (lots of viscerae, blood vessels, nerves, and so on, contained)
3.- Animal fat (the worse kind of fat you can ingest)
4.- if cooked on charcoal, or fried in repeatedly used cooking oil, it has the risk of bringing with it, carcinogenic derivatives, such as anthralenes, and many others...
5.- Plus a lot of carbohydrates that come with it (french fries, sweetened cold drinks, etc, you name it) that provide "hollow" calories to our bodies....

There are several "worst" and unhealthiest things that are worth to be mentioned, however, burgers popped in my brain first...
Good luck....(and perhaps....bon appetit)
