Same way you would anyplace else. If you aren't being open and friendly in your approach then you've been doing it wrong everyplace else too.
If you're worried about siginaling your romantic interest in a visible fashion....you might want to wait until you're sitting at the bar or something.

Why do you feel like you are posing a threat? You are at a nude resort/beach for goodness sake!! You shouldn't be there if you feel that way.
