It took me years to get this one. Like many, I was looking for happiness out there.... in some thing or some person. When you realise that what you are searching for is actually deep within, then true peace, contentment & happiness is able to unfold.

No I don't believe that. I think happiness is a whimpy word. I think what you are really seeking is JOY. That is the happiness that doesn't go away no matter what the circumstances. Happiness depends on things and circumstances. Joy is neverending. Happiness is in our head. Joy is in our hearts.

I believe that you perceive the world the way you want to. If you're happy by nature, the world is good. If you're not, you'll see the world as bad. It's all in your head, though.
There is nothing good or evil,... "thinking" makes it so.

Yes, that's why I laugh when award winners (Emmy, Grammy etc.) thank god for making them rich and famous while poor people starve. You create your own world.
