When he said "Man was made in the image of God" he didn't mean physically, obviously. But being made in the image of Gd means that we strive to be like God and be sin free.
God still loves "Osama Dumb Ladin , Mullaha Omar , Hitler , Prabakaran , Polpot , Thomas , Ted Haggerd", becuase he made them IN HIS IMAGE, but they strayed away and distanced themselves from God by sinning

You may not look like a God but look GOOD to me.Yes,it is true that 'Man was made in the image of God' but not the 'MEN'[ please note the singularity in the quote].The MEN you have and mentioned and all others like them can't be any where near a God but can be called as Certified Devils with ISO certification.
