I don't think so, all them have lots of chemicals and some other bad ingredients. The solution is a slow but radical change about eating. There are some tasty foods we really don't know well and they're waiting for us to try. But they're not profitable to the food industry and so they keep pushing into our throats all the junk foods they can advertise and promote. It took me several years to reach freedom about eating and I feel so good, healthy and also saving money. As a rule of thumb I don't eat red meat or anything that contains sugar, chemicals or fried food. Instead I eat lots of whole grains, fruits, white meat, low fat yougurt, raisins and nuts.

Yep, try Turkey franks, or if you prefer beef hot dogs, try Sabrett's or Hebrew National hot dogs. Kosher hot dogs and most all kosher foods are made with VERY superior quality products.

If you think they are high in fat then don't eat as much as often. Food is not the problem but how people eat them. Eating one hot dog once a week even if it has nine grams fat is not unhealthy but eating it four or five times a week is. Hot dogs and sausages are not exactly "health foods" and even vegetarian ones are high in salt and preservatives AND has added fat/oil to improve taste.

Hebrew national makes a very tasty all beef frank. Its kosher, so its made according to high standards

It's the nitrates in them that makes them unhealthy. Try finding some organic dogs at a local whole foods or central market, I'm sure they'd taste just as good if not better!
