Headrush, postural hypotension or orthostatic hypotension are terms attached to the symptoms you mention. It results from a sudden drop in blood pressure when you change positions. As you describe, it lasts for just a few seconds as the body adjusts automatically. Anemia, dehydration, and certain medications can cause this, as can hardening of the arteries.

Have an experienced person take your blood pressure after you have been lying flat for five minutes, then rapidly as you stand up.

If you are young and thin it may be normal. If you are older and hypertensive, I suggest a visit to your doctor for a check up.

your b/p was lower when sitting =when you started walking right as you got up ,the raise in your b/p caused the fuzzy vision =try standing and not moving to make sure you don't go fuzzy again

You have postural hypotension. THe blood supply to your brain decreases, and your BP falls. Are you on any antihypertensive drug? If so, tell your doctor.

Get medical advice....possible signs of an ear infection or worse vertigo. I don't know your pre-existing conditions.
