Hi gents. I need to start my trade by buying used cars from USA and sell it in our country in Arabian Gulf.?

My quastion is:
What is the USA procedure and regulation for inporting cars to other counteries? What are the famus wolesale tarder for the used cars in USA. and what is the state that you advise me to go and buy from?
I really appretiate your help.

There are no restrictions on exporting them. Get transporter's tags and you won't even need to pay the sales taxes on them. Get an auto wholesaler's license in pretty much any state you choose to get yourself into the wholesale auctions and Ba-Da-Bing! Load 'em on a Ro-Ro or containers and ship 'em out.
