They aren't the only ones, I feel people are their own worst enemy too...mainly because they refuse to get their ego out of the way and see things for what they really are...

Oh, because I read somewhere that we are programmed from two or three and are no longer us. So it's not realy you, but the faulty programming to which you added your own belief and choices. I suppose I think we were better off in the caves with no bombs, at least if things keep going the way they are. Isn't it supposed to mean we're crazy if we keep doing the same thing. I would think a crazy me is a 24 hour threat. It sort of depends on perspective. If you read a book at one time you see one thing, with a little more maturity it's a whole new book which you don't even remember anyway. Sometimes it tells you more about you than what it says. Some people sail through life when they know how to handle what comes up. It's more how you handle it in ordinary life. My dire worries never came true. I hate to keep saying it, but we are taught what to think and not how to think. In that sense we have become our own worst enemy by passing failed traditions down through history, father to son and even written it down, lord forbid. Their calling that 'mems' now. Some kind of collective consciousness I suppose. We go up and down, but not really far. Science brings us technologies a mad bomber can use to wipe out "civilization' and we make 'em mad. Not smart. Cho said that he and the Columbine kids were Christ figures. If you can make that connection you get A's for deep thought. So who's your worst enemy, the gazelles of the trees? I suspect you forgive your own faults. Forgive but don't forget. Beside our worst faults are not even conscious.

Greetings!
A Patriarchal Religion insists on spreading fear, and causing dependence on Priests.
As we have seen for thousands of years, and not only from Christians, Priests live off of the sheep, not Mana from Heaven.
Now, there are other sects within the "Christian Faith" that believe in Free Will, that do not subscribe to the views of "Paul, who was Saul", but that is another question.

The Jews have been stiffnecked contained in the OT (sorry I save forgetting what you call the full sequence from Genesis to Malachi) - each prophet accused them of that. Now they have incredibly gotten to the element the place they have confidence their faith and are keen to persist with their God. i might say they're very humble. incredibly i might say that the final public of Christianity is stiff-necked. They draw close to to their gospel with their tongues yet their hearts and strikes are faraway from it. according to risk if that they had long gone by as plenty tribulation because of the fact the Jews have they might get excitement from it a sprint greater.

We as humans are easily decieved. Satan dangles some shiny thing in our faces and we follow. In the old testament one of the most common verses is this. " And again the people did evil in the sight of the Lord". "Each did what they thought was right in their own eyes." Popular culture tells us to follow your heart. But the Bible says the heart is deceitful above all things and desperately wicked. We are easy prey for Satan. We are easy prey for each other as well.

Too many people think they can be Christian and still hate. The Bible says anyone who hates is a follower of Satan's. So anyone who hates is not Christian.

Because it is an anti-life religion. It turns harmless fun activities into sins and then tries to make you feel guilty for engaging in them.

we can either destroy ourselves or lift ourselves up to a higher spiritual plane, as its up to each individual to adhere to a moral code that shares in Christs ideals of how we are supposed to act.
If indeed you do not love thyself, you cannot ever love another person.
I always said that no one can kick my butt harder than I can and I am very hard on myself at times and my shortcomings.

Because fighting against yourself makes you weak, and when you're weak, you're easy to control.
