i only have one month left....n i want to lose 5lbs...but howw? should i diet? and about exercise im walking at home for 1 hour evryday...n i want to diet..so u guys have any good diet that works?? doesnt matter if you came up with it and it worked for u? i jus want a diet that really works:(

Exercise!
If you want to get bigger instead of just toning up you should
- increase your calorie intake for the day lots
- Use a rep range of 6-8 reps with training i.e. very high intensity
- keep cardio to a minimum
- eat plenty of meat and carbohydrates, lots of carbohydrates
- maybe use a weight gainer supplement.
Diet!
You should decide how many calories you want in your diet, and then I would recomend looking for items that are low calorie, but also low fat, but it all depends on what you are doing for your diet. The main thing for a diet to work is just to consume fewer calories than what you are burning, so lower calorie is best. But the thing about just lower calorie is that you don't want to get something that is lower calorie, but still has a ton of fat, and you don't want to get something that is low calorie but with a ton of sugar. Just look at the labels and you need to figure out what fits into YOUR diet.

Making small changes would help you lose five pounds. For example, if you drink soda and other high calorie drinks switch to water and diet drinks. If you normally eat fast food for lunch, switch to Lean Cuisine frozen meals. Use light mayo, Switch to fat free dressing. Little changes make a big difference. Just limit the junk and excercise and the 5lbs will fall off

Walking is good- very good in fact. So keep it up!

I really don't know what you eat regularly, so I'm going to be just giving you my standard suggestions.

Cut out sodas: Those tend to be associated with a number of unpleasant infections, and with high blood sugar.

Cut down or even out fried foods: Those tend to be loaded with grease and fat.

Steam your vegetables rather than boil them: That will preserve the nutrition and the flavor.

Try including fish. It's very tasty, especially if you bake it with oregano and other green herbs, or perhaps with a bit of ginger!

Drink lots of water, and keep fruits and fresh vegetables for snacks.

Try to eat lots of small meals during the day so you won't have the urge to pig out.

Stay away from carbs and sodas. Get regular exercise, but walking won't be enough. You might want to try jogging and walking alternatively for at least 20 minutes a day. I lost 4 lbs in 3 weeks, but I live in the Philippines so we get to sweat more coz of the heat. You might want to intensify your exercise and staying away from foods that'll make you regret it afterwards.

Low fat, low carb foods. No junk.
Try jogging home or jog on the spot/stationary bike while watching TV.
Also try eating 5 or 6 small meals a day rather than 3 bigger ones. That'll speed your metabolism and so help in losing weight.

Lower your carb intake, up your protein intake. Walking is fine, but you'll get better results if you're doing something like swimming, running, or sprinting.

run alot every 4 days a week cuz my cousin had ran track and ran 11 laps and lost 6 lbs that day

do jogging or treadmill everyday and don't eat carbo in the night 8hrs before you sleep do alternative eating vegetable and fruit and you can say thank you to me.
