Cut out all junk food.
No Fast food
no white bread, keep clear of pasta
drink loads of water
cardio exercise 3 to 4 times a week if you can
try eat breakfast as soon as you can after you wake up
try do exercise in mornig after you wake up, just drink a glass of water and ull start burning from ur fat reserve
keep motivated (print out a photo that will spur you on, whatever it may be)
and try keep a little journal and write down ur exercise you did each day and try right down what you eat...
U CAN DO IT!!!!! GET IT ON!!!

i read this article in a science magazine where it says that if you excersice while listening to an ipod then you lose more weight then when you excersice without some type of music. and another thing, if u find yourself eating because of emotional needs rather than physical needs then after every meal brush your teeth and put on some lipgloss or chapstick and this makes you not want to eat emotionally. this really works for me. and of course you have to excerise. what i do is i spend fifteen minutes on a stationary bike and then i walk on the treadmill for 20 minutes. that way it doesnt feel like an overload. if you do this everyday then u'll definitely lose ten pounds or so in 4 weeks. and the good thing is that you can eat whatever you want just pay attention to your portion size.

You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout as well.

well as ppl tend to gain weight during their vacation, just go back to balanced eating and watch your sugar intake as well. Keep fruits to 1-2 servings a day and get regular exercise and the excess weight you put on will come off...Stay away from junk food and stay within your calorie limit. Multiple your weight X10 for weightloss and X12 for maintenance...

do a diet and jogging or treadmill and dont eat carbo in the night 8hrs before you sleep do eat for alternative of vegetable or fruit.
