Just about everything I have tried runs on Vista. I'm sure that there will be some problems with some of the really old, DOS based software, but so far I have had no problems.

that is kind of a vague questions. there is a lot that can and a lot that can't. I doubt that anyone will sit here and list everything that can and can't run on vista.
