DNTT do it.. an eating disorder isn't good especially when you've been through it.. & i think i still have one but i can't stop.. it's best if you have a healthy diet from what i've heard.. but if you still want to go through with this idea..
make times when you eat those oranges.. eg; every 4 hours or something.. don't eat them all at once *i did something similar yesturday & lost 3 lbs..* & what i did was also have like one source of energy apart from the tangerines.. something like one soft mint :)
good luck btw =P

lol don't do this, this diet is very unhealthy and won't work at all. By just eating 3 oranges you won't be getting the nutrients you need at all i.e. protein, carbohydrates, fiber, essential fats...You need these. Your body will just store fat as it goes to survival mode because of the lack of food. Also working out for 3 hrs every day is not a good idea. You shouldn't loose a pound every day, its unhealthy. Its recommended only to loose 2-3 lbs a week.

You will end up in serious unhealthy state if you do this. You can eat lots of green beans, small portions of lean meats, soy milk, etc and exercise, but your body will break down if you try this much exercise without putting in any calories.
Also when you diet your body thinks it is starving and starts storing fat so you don't lose weight. You start gaining or staying the same. You need to exercise and eat sensibly and then after the three weeks, continue this, forever.
You can't become the movie star or model person you want to be to start back to school in three weeks. I know you are starting to panic, but just exercise, and wear clothes that are flattering when you go back to school. Belive it or not, everyone is as selfconscious as you are. Even the skinny really pretty people you look up to. They see every flaw in their complexion and are super selfconsious too. If they are mean it is because they are insecure and feel it makes them better to put someone else down. School is hard and kids are mean and it really isn't a nice place, but the sooner you accept yourself for the wonderful person you are and learn to ignore the mean insecure people, the better your life will be. Laugh more, live more, dance as if no one was watching, you will survive this. Please don't kill yourself trying to fit in.

Drastic weight loss beginning a diet is water weight being shed. You will lose your pound/day (if you're not Nicole Richie sized now) 1st week but you'll also be exhausted, cranky and unhealthy. Eat less of what is normally good for you and exercise in moderation. By next year you'll be amazingly better in mind and body. It's big portions that kill us.

For one day at the most. Then you'll actually probably gain weight, because when you consume so few calories, your body goes into starvation mode, and since it's afraid nothing more is going to come in, it's going to hold on to everything it can.
Your better bet would be to eat every three hours, a small amount, totalling 1200-1500 calories a day.

probably not. your body will probably not convert fat to energy like that because it turns into the mode that doesn't burn fat when you don't eat properly. You need to eat about 5 small meals a day, well balanced too, not just fruit all day. Just eat more smaller meals and exercise a little bit, 3 hours is excessive amount to exercise. maybe 1 hour a day is sufficient.

In three weeks you would be in the hospital with an IV in your arm. I am sensing that you are under 18, so I strongly suggest speaking with your parents and doctor if you wish to lose weight.
