It seems to save the tabs until I turn off the computer, then, just 1 tab opens with explorer

there is no such ability in that browser but I comment you to download Avant Browser , it's free and really useful , Infact right now I'm useing it , I nake you sure that it is the browser in the world!

You need to make the pages home pages. To do that click on the arrow next to the house icon, you will see the following choices:
Add or Change Home Page...
Remove

The Remove menu will show you which pages you have set as current home pages.
The Add or Change Home Page selection will allow you to add more home pages. Once set, every time you open a new browser, those pages will be opened.

If you were using Firefox instead it would offer to open up the exact same session as before the shutdown. Download that for free and give it a try.
