Why wait 13 days? Isn't 13 an unlucky number?

I think your right on the money perfect dates go for it, the dealer will agree .
I wish all questions were this easy, I am having a bad time myself this morning trying to find out about a bill that was passed allowing patients in mental hospitals now using the Internet,,,
