The overall army has the "Be the best."
But individual regiments have their own mottos.
SAS - Who Dares Wins
Queens Royal Lancers - Death or Glory
etc etc

The British Army is a federation of Regiments each with it own customs and mottoes wicj are displayed on it's colours and regimental badges
All of them consider themselves to be superior to all of the others
If not in seniority then every other way. most of them have slightly of very insulting names for other regiments or units
