How about I think it is this floor 95th floor of the Hancock building. Has revolving bar so you can experience the whole city from up above. Or even a nice romantic dinner cruise with one of the boating lines. They have a marvelous meal and the cruise at night is just perfect.

The Signature Room at the 95th at the top of the John Hancock building is a great spot. The food is actually reasonably good, the lighting is dim in the evenings so you can enjoy the city lights, and there is a bar upstairs ("Images") for apré dinner drinks if you are so inclined.
