Go ahead and eat the pizza. One day of indulgence won't make you balloon up like a cow. It takes many days and months of over indulgence to put on excess weight.
The math is very simple here. Burn 1,200 calories, then eat 1,800 calrories, and yes, you'll gain weight. However, you should understand that large weight gains take place over a period of time, and not all in one day. If you decide to over indulge just one day here and there, you won't find yourself suddenly obese. By that same reasoning, if you are 20 lbs overweight, one day, or even one week of dieting will not make you reduce to your normal weight.
If you're still in your Teens, awww what the heck, have a little fun. At my age (54) I've gone from The Pepsi Generation to the Slim Fast for Lunch Bunch.

No, just only do it once, then eat sensible tomorrow. Also, you could add some exercise to the day so you burn more calories. Go out and ride bike or walk a little. Just don't make a habit of it or you will. If you added that many calories extra a day (600) and did it every day, it wouldn't be long before you would start adding pounds if you didn't increase your exercise.

Once here and there, you might a show a gain the next morning, but it probably won't stick around. To gain or lose 1lb, you need to eat or burn 3500 more calories than normal. So, 600 calories in one day isn't going to do it. However, 600 extra calories every day for a week will.

As long as you are eating health and exercising "most" of the time you can splurge a little once and a while. One personal pan pizza isn't going to make that much difference. Unless of course, you need to make weight for wrestling or something, then you should probably hold off until after.

Eating one thing won't make you gain weight unless the one thing adds up to two things, then three things, then 4 things. It's all about choices. Make the rest of your food choices for the day healthy ones.

One day of eating or one day of dieting will make no difference. It is the cumulative effect of taking in more or less calories than you use up that leads to weight loss or gain.
One pound is approximately 3500 calories

You will gain weight and it takes a lot of exercise to burn it off. The conversion of calories is very inexact because you don't know how many your body keeps as sugars or stores as fat. Do you want the honest answer that eating more calories than you use gains weight?
I like pizza too. I didn't exercise enough and became a diabetic. I did nothing but exercise and sleep and diet for 6 months and got back to normal.. Very tough. Don't let that happen to you.
